Month of Coordination Services
Starting at $1,200
Our Month-of Coordination service is for clients who have managed most of the planning but need expert assistance in the final weeks. This service ensures all logistics are finalized, vendors are aligned, and everything is ready for execution. Unlike full planning, this service does not include vendor sourcing or full planning assistance but focuses on logistical coordination and execution. This package includes two consultations to ensure all details are properly aligned. Includes up to 10 hours of on-site event day coordination.
Full-Service Planning Services
Starting at $2,250
Our Full-Service Event Planning is for clients who want a seamless experience from concept to execution. This service covers all aspects of event planning, ensuring every detail is handled professionally. It includes full planning assistance with 4-5 consultations, vendor coordination, and ongoing planning meetings to refine event details. Includes up to 12 hours of on-site event day coordination.
